Comments

We constantly monitor the service we provide and are always open to improvement.

We send questionnaires to a number of patients at random asking about their experience. If you receive a questionnaire we would very much appreciate your response.

We welcome comments both positive and negative and suggestions for how the service might be improved although improvement may be limited by the amount of funding available and the specification of the service as dictated by the Primary Care Trusts.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we have a complaints procedure developed in line with NHS guidelines.
